Keep Up With Astrological Shifts & Changes

This blog isn’t about decoding distant mysteries — it’s about making astrology practical, current and understandable. I break down current astrology transits, planetary shifts, and seasonal themes in plain language, so you can see how what’s happening in the sky connects to what’s happening in your life.

You’ll find clear, straight forward astrology insights, weekly and monthly astrology updates, and grounded reflections that help you navigate timing, change, and growth without jargon or hype. It’s astrology you can actually use — written to help you stay balanced, curious, and confident in real life.

Edmonton Astrologer Tracy Quinlan

Consulting Astrologer, Acutonics Practitioner, Teacher, Writer

Hey there, I’m Tracy —an astrologer, writer, and Acutonics practitioner based in Edmonton, Alberta. I help curious, thoughtful people make sense of their lives through astrology, sound healing, and self-awareness—without the fluff, and without pretending the stars are in charge of your choices.

I didn’t always do this work. I used to be a hairstylist and salon owner, working long hours on my feet until my body said, “Nope.” A sudden autoimmune diagnosis (Rheumatoid Arthritis) changed everything. That experience cracked me open and led me to finally follow the passion I’d had since I was a teenager: astrology. I’ve been studying the stars for over 25 years, and practicing professionally since 2016.

My approach is grounded and real. I blend traditional and modern astrology with, personal reflection, a healthy sense of humor (& when called upon) sound/vibration-based healing (Acutonics). Whether I’m working with clients, writing horoscopes, teaching, or co-hosting the Sky Notes podcast, my goal is always the same: to help you reconnect to yourself and your timing.

I hold certificates through Kepler College and the School of Traditional Astrology, and I’ve completed all levels of the Acutonics program. I also write horoscopes for the Llewellyn Annual Astrological Calendar and have a book coming out Winter 2026.

Fun facts:

  • I used to dance in a unitard. There’s photo evidence.
  • My Venus is in Leo. If you know, you know.
  • I’m a problem solver at heart and a lifelong learner by nature.
  • I believe “be kind to yourself” is both an astrology tip and a life tip.
